Kids play and learn on a 250 acre working organic farm.

Summer at the farm. We care for the land and animals, find chicken eggs in bails of straw, feed and walk the pygmy goats, visit pigs, cows and sheep and water and grow vegetables and flowers. On the wilder side, we roam the hillsides in search of natural mysteries, go boating and splashing in the pond, look for bullfrogs under cattails and try our hand at archery. And of course we remember that its summer and take plenty of time to just play, relax and enjoy each others company and the natural world around us. All this with the guidance and safety of our experienced adult instructors and naturalists.

Our wonderful site at Tara Firma farms includes a pond, kids wilderness village, archery range, animal pastures, and hundreds of acres of rolling hills and oak woodland.
