Summer and Break Time Camps
If you cancel 15 days (or more) before your program starts, you will receive a refund minus $100 per session. If you cancel less than 15 days before your program starts, no refund will be issued.

If you would like to switch your registration to a different camp session, please see “Transfers” below.

School Year Programs
If you cancel before your program starts, you will receive a full refund minus your non-refundable deposit. After that, to cancel, we require a 30 day notice, or if you want to cancel immediately, we will require the following 30 days of tuition. 

If your program is paid for all or in part by a charter school or other subsidy, our cancellation policy still applies and cancellation fees will need to be paid out-of-pocket if not covered otherwise. Please contact us first if you wish to cancel (before notifying your charter.)

If you are new to Vilda programs, please consider signing up for a trial day by emailing info@vildanature.org before fully committing.

Short Programs and Camps (Less than 3 Days)
If you cancel 15 days (or more) before your program starts, you will receive a refund minus $20 per session. If you cancel less than 15 days before your program starts, no refund will be issued.

Transfers
If you would like to transfer your registration to a different program or session, let us know as soon as possible. Provided there is space, we may be able to transfer you from one program to another with a $20 administrative fee. If there is no space in the program you want to switch to, you can add your child to the waitlist.  If you do not get selected from the waitlist, you can switch to a different available program or cancel (as per our refund/cancellation policy). If your program start date is less than 15 days away, we cannot guarantee any changes will be possible.

Emergencies
We occasionally make exceptions to these policies for medical conditions (with a doctor's note,) family emergencies (such as a death in the immediate family,) financial hardship or when we ask a child to leave a program due to safety concerns.
