EARTH SKILLS CLUB FOR BOYS
A NATURE CLUB FOR BOYS AGES 10-13
Earth Skills Club is a nature club for boys. We come together each week to build our wilderness skills, practice nature awareness and connect with each other and the land. This is a great time to build the essentials, confidence and camaraderie we will need to undertake bigger adventures and trips on weekends and holidays. From fire making and knife use to archery and basketry, we'll spend some of each day working with our hands on ancestral arts/primitive skills. We'll balance focused time with some awareness games and story to refine our naturalist knowledge. Of course all who identify themselves as boys are welcome.

Location: Various parks in or near San Rafael
• Instructor will announce locations ahead of time
*Jun 1-2 is an overnight
Tuition
$100 non-refundable deposit plus 5 monthly payments of:
Rate A: $276
Rate B: $208
Rate C: $171

With our very varied economical situations in the Bay Area, families have differing abilities to pay. We want our programs to serve as many children as possible regardless of financial situation.
Rate A - represents the actual cost of running a program in this area and is comparable with the rates of several local specialty camps. It funds our long-term goals and work.
Rate B - covers our basic costs for running this particular program, but it does not cover our organizational costs.
Rate C - does not cover the cost of program and is subsidized by Rate A and donations.
