TRUCKEE EARTH SKILLS CLUB
A NATURE CLUB FOR AGES 9-12
Earth Skills Club is a nature club for our slightly older crowd. We come together each week to build our wilderness skills, practice nature awareness and connect with each other and the land. This is a great time to build the essentials, confidence and camaraderie we will need to undertake bigger adventures and trips. From fire making and knife use to archery and basketry, we'll spend some of each day working with our hands on ancestral arts/primitive skills. We'll balance focused time with some awareness games and story to refine our naturalist knowledge.
This program includes our core curriculum.

$100 non-refundable deposit plus 2 monthly payments of:
Rate A: $341
Rate B: $252
Rate C: $201

With our very varied economical situations in the Bay Area, families have differing abilities to pay. We want our programs to serve as many children as possible regardless of financial situation.
Rate A - represents the actual cost of running a program in this area and is comparable with the rates of several local specialty camps. It funds our long-term goals and work.
Rate B - covers our basic costs for running this particular program, but it does not cover our organizational costs.
Rate C - does not cover the cost of program and is subsidized by Rate A and donations.
