Marinwood Summer Camp
Ages 6½-11 • Marinwood
Vilda is back in Marinwood at the Marin Waldorf Campus! We look forward to practicing skills under the oak trees and exploring the creeks again.
In addition to our core curriculum of naturalist learning this camp features the following awesome skills:
Carpentry:
Kids learn safety and skill-sets of basic woodworking and make their own projectsArchery:
We practice safety and technique with longbows and also get to play some gamesGardening:
We get to water, plant and harvest in the beautiful garden (please note gardening is not available in June)Alternative nature-based crafts are also provided for kids who do not want to focus on carpentry or archery as much.
We spend our mornings out on the landscape playing games, exploring creeks and looking for animals. We come back to base camp for lunch and an afternoon of skills and badge work.

With our very varied economical situations in the Bay Area, families have differing abilities to pay. We want our programs to serve as many children as possible regardless of financial situation.
Rate A - represents the actual cost of running a program in this area and is comparable with the rates of several local specialty camps. It funds our long-term goals and work.
Rate B - covers our basic costs for running this particular program, but it does not cover our organizational costs.
Rate C - does not cover the cost of program and is subsidized by Rate A and donations.
Multiple weeklong sessions are offered throughout the summer, so you can pick and choose the dates that work best with your schedule. Click the session links below to register.
If your child is neuro-divergent or may need additional attention for any emotional, social or health related reason please contact us before signing up.
What if the session I want is full?: Join the waitlist! Sometimes we’re able to expand capacity (and sometimes people cancel). If your spot in the waitlist opens, you’ll receive an email and then have a limited time reserved to register.
